Composite Heritage for Peace, Harmony, and Democracy
In Partnership with:* Institute for Social Democracy (ISD), New Delhi (2006–2025)
This flagship initiative was designed to promote shared cultural heritage, democratic values, and peaceful coexistence across 50 villages in the Shahganj Block. Through structured meetings, training workshops, and commemorative events in primary schools, junior high schools, colleges, and Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs), we brought human rights and social cohesion into everyday learning environments.
Key Achievements:-
- Reached 10,000+ students, educators, and community stakeholders* through interactive workshops and awareness drives.
- Deepened civic engagement across 50 target villages* in Shahganj Block.
Built nearly *two decades of institutional experience* in school-based peace and citizenship education.
The Rubaru Programme: Child Rights, Gender & Constitutional Values
In Partnership with:* Department of Women Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh (2017)
The Rubaru programme empowered adolescent girls across 11 blocks by creating safe spaces to discuss Child Rights, Gender Equality, and the Indian Constitution. Implemented within Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs), the initiative provided young girls with the knowledge and confidence to recognize their rights and navigate everyday gender disparities.
Key Achievements:-
- Successfully rolled out across *11 administrative blocks*.
- Directly trained 1100+ adolescent girls* in child rights, gender parity, and constitutional guarantees.
- Created structured platforms for young women to understand equal citizenship and active democratic participation.
Youth Citizenship & Constitutional Dialogue
In Partnership with- CYC, Pravah, Vartalaap, and the We, The People Campaign (2018)
Through interactive platforms such as “Be A Jagruk Nagrik,” “Sahi-Galat Ke Pare,” and “Samvidhan Live Dialogue,” we organize Youth Addas (youth forums) and open dialogue sessions. These spaces enable young individuals to connect constitutional principles to their daily lives, exploring concepts of equality, social justice, and civic responsibility.

- Engaged 200+ young change-makers* in direct constitutional literacy activities.
- Established open *Youth Addas* for constructive debate on civil rights, duties, and social inclusion.
