Program perspective
Everyone cherishes their identity. Everyone demands that their identity be respected. When a community’s identity is respected, that community also respects the identities of others. When this happens, people in society begin to cooperate with each other, and love grows. People begin to depend on each other. Meaning, all the work of an identity is not completed by its own people, but by collaborating with people of other identities. In society, everyone begins to trust each other. One’s happiness becomes another’s happiness, and another’s sorrow becomes their own. When ordinary people accept this way of living together and living together in society, we call it pluralism. This means that everyone lives with respect in their own identities. When people accept such a life as part of everyday life, pluralism grows stronger. So, people of many identities live together with equal respect. Now, if this starts happening, people in society help each other wholeheartedly, becoming partners in joy and sorrow. You are called coordination! This is what plurality and coordination is all about!
