The Pragram Areas are being identified from time to time, but within the frame of the reference of organizational vision and mission. Thus far, the following areas have emerged:
- Ideal Education Program: The program, with focus on madarsa/maktab education of largely Muslim children as envisaged by Right to Education Act, addresses the rights of these children to quality education and reaches them through an apex body comprising rligious scholars, community leaders, teachers and organizational representatives. It aims to to improve the schooling system through the introduction of mainstream education in madarsa/maktab, capacity building of teachers and mobilization of parents. It is also our purpose to enable these children to participate and compete with children of government and denominational schools. The program is presently running in Jaunpur district and engaging about 8,000 children of 100 madarsa/maktabs.
- Child Rights Protection: The program, with particular reference to Rights to Education and Protection, being operationalized in Jaunpur district addresses the question of quality education of all children and seeks to build child protection structures in more than 150 villages of the district with the support parents and communities.
- Reducing Gender-Based Violence: The program engages youth and men in rural areas to in order to address the pervasive issue of violence against women in families, institutions and society.
- Capacity Building and Awareness: The organization undertakes these programs in the forms of training and educational/awareness campaigns.
Objective 1. Main objective of our proposal is to establish schooling system for all the eligible students. Based on the ratio of school going children of proposed project area, existing government primary schools will be supported with better education boosting capsules. We want to reduce the existing dropouts from schools. To facilitate SMCs, to play a proactive role in ensuring reduction in the number of OOSC and improve attendance of children are major objective.

- Quality education of all government primary school will be upgraded.
- All elementary schools providing quality education (CFS norms)
- Reforms in the operating pattern of government schools.
- Integrated education pattern – There will be equal education opportunities for all communities.
